A private 365-day release ritual for the things you need somewhere to go.
Your notes and entries are stored locally on the device and browser you use to access The Unsaid Box™. They are not posted publicly or shared with other users. Because this version does not use personal accounts or cloud storage, anyone with access to your device and browser may be able to view saved entries. Clearing browser data may also remove saved notes. For added privacy, use The Unsaid Box™ on a personal, password-protected device.
“The box can hold the note. You do not have to keep holding the weight.”
You can change this anytime.
Choose a space to personalize your prompts.
Choose a short reset. Lower the volume of the day and give yourself a few quiet minutes.
Let your shoulders fall. Unclench your jaw. You do not have to figure out everything in this moment. Take one slow breath in. Let it go gently. Notice what is supporting you right now. For the next few minutes, nothing is asking you to perform.
When you are ready, you can leave the room quietly or drop whatever came up into your Box.
Choose the closest feeling. You do not have to explain it perfectly.
No perfect words. No performance. Just tell the truth.
The box can hold the note.
You do not have to keep holding the weight.
You are allowed to rest before everything is finished.
What you place here belongs to you.
Entries are stored in this browser and are not shared with other users. Anyone who has access to this device and browser may be able to view saved entries. Clearing browser data may remove them.
Your goal is not perfection. It is making room for yourself throughout the year.
Open the app and check in with what you are carrying.
Use the daily prompt or write from wherever you are.
Save, release, or let the note go. The choice is yours.
Take one card, one breath, or one mood-library reset.
After your 365-day challenge, return for a private year-end release experience. Review the year, honor what you made it through, choose what you want to keep, and release what you no longer need to carry.
The event remains private and personal. No social room or public sharing is required.
Look back at what you wrote. Notice what changed. Decide what you no longer need to hold.
You may keep, delete, tear, shred, or discard a written note. If you ever choose to burn a paper note, do so only outdoors where legal and in a fire-safe container. Never burn the box.
This version stores notes locally in your browser. Cloud accounts and cross-device sync can be added later.
The Unsaid Box™ is a guided reflection tool. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.
